If you’ve been looking to get in shape and meet new friends\, there is no better place to go. Stop telling yourself next time and come join us now!\nPlease be on time and ready to fill out some paperwork and gear up so we can get on the track!\nNo prior roller derby experience is needed\, we have an excellent training program. Minimum skating experience is required\, including basic skating ability\, derby form\, balance\, strides\, crossovers\, and increasing/decreasing speed. Start practicing! These are the minimum skills we will look for at recruitment to ensure you will be able to safely begin our training program. Also\, no prior roller derby experience needed for non skating officials and volunteers\, we will train you!\nBring your skate gear! We will have some gear on hand to loan out if you do not have your own gear yet.\n– Mouthguard**\n– Helmet\n– Elbow Pads\n– Knee Pads\n– Wrist guards\n– Skates\n**MOUTHGUARD REQUIRED!
